manufacturer has been a Mandrake client since 2001. Equally important, their sister
company, a Canadian institution in the food product manufacturing industry has
worked with Mandrake since 1980. Our work involved assisting
them through the career transition work of 80 employees, post acquisition, which
we enabled through www.nexcareer.com,
and attracting new, fresh talent to the merged organization at the strategic level,
and the tactical level where we leveraged our www.wwwork.com

product manufacturing After a series of acquisitions,
the client acquired the #1 market position in Canada in food product manufacturing.
As a result, the company started to expand its national sales force and required
34 roles to be immediately filled throughout Canada. The
process of assembling the right team of consultants and choosing the most direct
course of action was launched. 6 people were immediately assigned on the project

It served as a tool to prepare the selected candidates for their future interviews

Due to a rapid expansion of the organization, all the positions
had to be filled within 3 months. wwwork!com has filled all the position within

of document and content management solutions A leading
international provider of the highest quality document and content management
solutions for the 21st century workplace needed to fill a key growth sales position
within a short turnaround time. In the initial business development
meeting, it was clear that the partnership between FIRSTHCM and wwwork! was key
