Stéfan
Danis is CTO (Chief Talent Officer) and CEO at Mandrake, NEXCareer, DestinyME,
and FirstHCM Human Capital Management. He manages their respective national network
as well as their international alliances. He is listed in the Who's Who in Ontario,
and is a member in good standing of YPO (Young Presidents Organization). Stéfan
has over 15 years of experience in executive recruiting and has led the growth
of Canada's largest privately-held search firm. Outside of his direct involvement
in the recruiting of dozens of CEO's, he has brokered several M&A's and consulted
on highly publicized vendor selections. A keen student of the War on Talent and
the issues surrounding the changing face of human capital in today's market, Danis'
articles are frequently published in leading human resource and business magazines,
interviewed by high profile TV and radio personalities, and addressed many conferences
and speaking engagements. A leader in creating and structuring competitive advantages
for organizations looking to attract and retain talent, he's also led hundreds
of executive engagements in Finance, Sales, HR, and Strategy for various service
and manufacturing companies. Stéfan started
his career in Marketing with Procter & Gamble, where he worked on an established
consumer product franchise. He has a B. Com. from McGill University, where he
graduated with distinction. Stéfan has also been very active driving social
responsibility. He created Skate for Kids in 1991, an annual Pro-Am hockey tournament,
linking industry types with NHL pros from which many children's charities benefit.
Stéfan has chaired the event most years

Stéfan
is also an avid year-round sports enthusiast. Of his many accomplishments, he
ranked in the top 20 at the Windsurfing World Championships, snowboarded in some
of the most demanding terrain, and raced a 24-hour mountain biking event. Stéfan
is married and proud father of two young daughters. |
