as a Human Resources professional and in his last role prior to consulting, as
a change agent reporting to the President of a national retailer, responsible
for a customer service team and designing and implementing a new organization-wide
service delivery model. Since establishing his
own consulting practice in 1994, Tony has supported clients in many industries
including professional and financial services, retail, aerospace, technology and
healthcare. As much an ideas person as he is goal oriented, Tony is equally skilled
at conceiving breakthrough insights and strategies as he is at implementing practical
solutions. As a result, he's the consultant
clients count on - again and again - to add value and inject energy at every stage
of their talent management or performance initiatives. Tony has been consulting
for over ten years and has served as President of the Human Resources Professionals
of York Region, is actively involved in the Toronto Board of Trade and other industry
